REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Follow the instructions below and you will be registered in just a couple of simple steps.
1. Select event package & enter LEGAL NAMES
2. Enter payment information
3. Look for emailed confirmation
4. Use the hotel booking links in the confirmation to book your room (this will be available soon!)

Couple / Poly Packages:

We only have two options: a 4-night package for Wednesday through Sunday (July 9-13, 2025) and a 3-night package for Thursday through Sunday (July 9-13, 2025). We do not have one or two-night or day packages available. The hotel room is not included in the package price. A room at the convention hotels is REQUIRED to attend.

All packages must be paid in full or by deposit at the time of booking.

We highly recommend travel insurance since you never know what could happen!

Hotel Information:

The room is not included in the package price, but reqired.

Hotels & Rates:
Reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be responsible for any incidentals not in the package and will be issued a receipt by the hotel for those expenses. You must use our booking link to book your room. If you try to call the hotel or book direct with the hotel, you will be told that the hotel is sold out because we have all the rooms. It is sold out for everyone who is not attending this event.

Wednesday to Sunday Package:
Astor Crowne Plaza: Link to be sent soon!

A King or Two Queen Deluxe room is $204 per night Wednesday through Saturday nights (does not include tax). The rate for the shoulder dates (days before and after the convention dates) is $109 per night plus tax. The hotel will not charge you for the room until June 9th or later.

(A Wednesday to Sunday package is required to stay at the Astor.)

Thursday to Sunday Package:
Hotel TBA

(Because the Astor Crowne Plaza has a 4 night minimum of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, if you purchase the Thursday - Sunday package, you will have to stay at The Secondary Hotel (TBA). If you purchase a Thursday to Sunday package and book at the Astor Crowne Plaza, your package will be changed to the Wednesday to Sunday package. Any fees incurred will have to be paid.)
