This event will go ON SALE Monday, August 25th at 9 am CST!

We are putting this event on sale much earlier than most of our events as it's a destination event and we realize some of you will need to put in time off from work. You CANNOT book directly through the hotel. ALL rooms will be sold on our website. From August 25th - February 14th, you can purchase your three night packages. This package INCLUDES:

* Hotel room for Thursday, Friday & Saturday
* All suite rooms with separate livingroom & bedroom
* Event admission is INCLUDED
* Complimentary breakfast including omelet station on Friday, Saturday & Sunday morning
* Parking fees
* Two complimentary drinks per person Thursday, Friday & Saturday night
* Complimentary lunch on Saturday
* Nightly snacks
* LIVE band Friday night
* LIVE band Saturday night
* Complimentary classes & demos
* Thursday night Meet 'n Greet downtown Nashville on Broadway Street

The package cost is $995 per couple. You will have the option to split this into THREE payments:
$362.61 to book on August 25th
$362.61 due on February 14th
$362.62 due on May 14th

If we have rooms still available beginning February 14th, we will open the option for two night (Friday & Saturday) stays.

**Cancellation Policy**
$50 cancellation fee before February 14th. The balance refunded to your original form of payment.

50 refunded to your original form of payment February 14th - May 14th.

All sales are FINAL May 14th.
The $995 package is the base package for a king suite. There will be upgrade packages available for other room types.

This hotel will be COMPLETELY remodeled from the ground up through all 9 stories before our event. We will be one of the first groups after the remodel. The property is already SPECTACULAR so we are REALLY excited to see all the upgrades. AND... the elevators are SUPER FAST!!
