We work with breathing, meditation, playful exercises, practical techniques, and intimate partner experiences that are both deepening and accessible — ideal for couples curious about more sensuality, zest for life, and clarity. Above all, it is a practical evening with little chatter and plenty of exercises, tips & tricks, and play. Prior experience with tantra is not necessary.

The evening takes place in a sex-positive environment based on consent. Some exercises can be performed naked or clothed, at your discretion. You decide for yourselves what suits you and what you wish to participate in. Everything is optional, with respect for yourself and the other person. We advise you to wear comfortable (sexy) clothing and bring a towel.
